Return & Refund Policy

At Imani Borka, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their products in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, if a product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, we are here to help with a smooth return or replacement process.

Return & Replacement Terms

You may return or replace a product under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact and untampered.

  • If the product was delivered with a free promotional item, that must also be returned.

  • All returns or replacements are subject to inspection and approval by the Imani Borka quality control team.

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If not available, a full refund will be issued — no questions asked.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

  • The product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description.

  • Size mismatch (only if the delivered size does not match the invoice).

  • Color mismatch compared to what was shown or mentioned.

  • Design flaws, such as wrong or inconsistent front/back designs or improper placement.

  • Wrong product delivered.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at 01339609360 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. After product pickup or return by courier, we will conduct a quality check.

  3. If your return request is approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be processed based on availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after successful evaluation of the returned product.

  • If a replacement is not available in stock, we will issue a full refund.

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds since no prior payment was made.

  • For online payments (credit/debit card, mobile banking, bank transfer), refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

  • In the case of multiple payments due to technical errors, the extra amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
